having problems putting banner on homepage?

If your having problems putting your site on the home page and you did everything and its still is not showing up this is why:

the system has to have 1 vote for your site to be posted i know weird.But there is a solution:

*go to upload banner and were all that information is about your site and stuff

*give yourself a vote by clicking on one of the banners

And your site should be posted up!
